1. Agreement

Patipop is published by DEVCODE TECHNOLOGY LTD (“DevCode”, “we”, “us”), an international business company registered in the Republic of Seychelles under company number 245393, with its registered office at House of Francis, Room 303, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles. By downloading or playing Patipop you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. If you are under the age of majority in your country, please review these terms with a parent or guardian.

2. Licence to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download Patipop and play it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

3. In-game items

Patipop includes virtual items such as coins, boosters, stars, chests and rescued cats. These items are part of the game only: they have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or redeemed for money or anything of value, and may be changed, rebalanced or reset as the game is updated.

4. Fair play

You agree not to: copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the game except where the law expressly allows it; use cheats, bots or modified versions of the game; remove copyright or other notices; or use the game in any unlawful way.

5. Our content

Patipop, including its name, logo, characters (such as Pati), artwork, music, sounds, levels and code, belongs to DevCode Technology Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of these rights to you.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering Patipop or any part of it at any time, for example to add levels, fix problems or meet store requirements. Some updates may be required to keep playing.

7. Disclaimer

Patipop is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your saved progress will never be lost.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DevCode Technology Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Patipop. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in its courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
